Binoy Reporting

It has been almost 10 days now, since we had an international cricket match. We have two matches starting tomorrow. Sri Lanka take on South Africa at Colombo in the first test and then in the second match of the day, England take on Pakistan in the second test at Old Trafford. I will be reporting on the SL v SA

Sri Lanka take on South Africa in the first test at SSC Colombo. Jayasuriya is back in the squad and he will most likely open the innings in place of Vandort. Vaas is ruled out of the match due to an hamstring injury he picked up at the end of the England tour.

The South African had a good practice session in their warm up match. All the batsmen looked good. Pollock in the squad will bolster the bowling attack. Prince will be leading the team for the first time, it will be interesting to watch how he takes the responsibility from Smith, who twisted an ankle prior to the tour. Watch out for more in this blog.
