The Aussies have landed in the England. Aussies will be playing cricket after a long rest. Ponting says this time around the Ashes is going to be comptetive. The last time England won the Ashes was back in 1986-87. Aussies play their first match on the 9th June against PCA Masters XI at Arundel. The Aussies will have 10 matches before they begin their Ashes encounter on 21st of July.
It is going to be an interesting series, as England have played well during the 2004-05 season. Michael Vaughan looks optimistic about a win in the series. England are second in the Test rankings after the Aussies.
